On May 21st, 2015 at 4:26 pm Officers assigned to a directed patrol in the 300 block of Blackwood-Clementon Road observed a male involved in a suspected narcotic transaction. A motor vehicle stop was initiated, resulting in the arrest of the two occupants of the vehicle and the seizure of a quantity of Marijuana and narcotic pills packaged consistent with distribution. The operator of the vehicle, Ivan Poe of Wilmington, DE was found to have active warrants for his arrest. In addition, he was charged with loitering in a known drug area with the purpose to possess or sell narcotics. The passenger, Isiah Davis of Sicklerville, was arrested and charged with several crimes related to the distribution of narcotics.
