On August 10, 2015 at 8:45pm a Pine Hill Officer patrolling the 300 block of Blackwood-Clementon Road observed a male walking in the area who the Officer knew to have an active warrant for his arrest. The Officer approached the male, identified as Jason I. Williams of Pine Hill and attempted to take him into custody. The suspect refused to comply with the officer’s commands and resisted being taken into custody, but was ultimately taken into custody without injury to the officer or suspect. Continued investigation at the scene led to the seizure of 15 bags of suspected Crack-Cocaine and 7 grams of suspected PCP. Williams was processed accordingly and remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility in default of cash bail.
