On January 19, 2016, Sgt. Christopher Witts joined law enforcement leaders from throughout New Jersey and Delaware as part of the 47th graduating session of the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police (NJSACOP) Command and Leadership Academy. In 1993, NJSACOP collaborated with the US Military Academy at West Point, Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership to adapt their model of command and leadership to the needs of law enforcement.
