On Tuesday, March 15, 2016 Patrolman Andrew Bruey graduated from the NJ Law Enforcement Against Drugs (L.E.A.D.) Officer Training Course. In order for Officers to become certified Instructors they are required to attend a five day training course administered by NJ LEAD. During the five day course Officer Bruey was expected to prepare a full lesson plan each night and ultimately he presented to a sixth grade class at the James Lilley Elementary School in Gloucester Twp.
